Reach Reporting alternatives at a glance

Five tools work as Reach Reporting alternatives for a company group: Joiin, Spotlight Reporting, Syft, JustConsolidate and Fathom, the financial reporting app (fathomhq.com). The difference that matters most is the unit on the bill. Reach prices by data connection, and a connection is one company file, so a group of ten companies is ten connections.

Reach's pricing page, read on October 30, 2026, shows $149 a month for 1 connection, $290 for 10 and $550 for 25 on monthly billing, or $1,548, $2,436 and $4,620 a year billed annually. Reach says its tiers do not step up on their own when a group adds connections. An annual plan bills each connection's full year up front and gives no credit for a company disconnected early.

A group of twelve companies counts twelve connections, between Reach's 10 and 25 tiers.

Joiin: priced by company, across QuickBooks Online, Xero and Sage Accounting

Joiin's bill follows the number of companies, and users, reports and clients are unlimited on every plan. Core is $77 a month for 5 companies and $122 for 10, billed monthly. Several reporting currencies start on Pro, at $83 for 5 companies and $130 for 10, billed monthly.

The systems differ too. Reach's help center says Xero companies can only be consolidated with other Xero companies and that every company in a consolidation uses the same accounting integration, so a group split between QuickBooks Online and Xero cannot be one Reach consolidation as documented. Joiin connects QuickBooks Online, Xero and Sage Accounting directly and describes itself as bringing the data of several source ledgers together.

On eliminations, Reach removes whole accounts only: it cannot eliminate partial amounts, and eliminations are not removed from its cash flow statement. Joiin sets up elimination groups by account or by transaction, adds a netting adjustment when the two sides do not match, and can assign an ownership percentage to each entity. Fathom and Spotlight Reporting

Fathom prices by the number of companies connected and bills monthly only: $295 for 5 companies and $315 for 10. It lists QuickBooks Online and Desktop among its integrations, and says it does not natively support partial ownerships or minority interests.

Spotlight Reporting charges $35 a month for each organization, or $329 a month for up to 10 on its Business 10 plan, and includes reporting, forecasting and dashboards in its business plans. Fathom's and Spotlight's prices exclude sales tax. Spotlight Reporting alternatives goes through its plans.

Syft and JustConsolidate

Syft Analytics (syftanalytics.com), the reporting app, lists Standard at $23 a month and Plus at $47 a month, and Syft prices each connected entity. Each entity can sit on its own plan, and a consolidation takes the functions of the lowest plan among its entities. Syft's help center says you can consolidate an unlimited number of entities.

JustConsolidate costs $65 a month for 5 QuickBooks companies and $90 for 10, billed monthly, and stops at $165 from 25 companies. It adds a separate QuickBooks subscription, billed by Intuit, for the new company that holds the consolidated books.

When Reach Reporting is still the pick

Reach stays the pick for a group that sits on one accounting system and wants a 30-day trial with no credit card. Every Reach plan lists unlimited users and multi-currency consolidation, and Reach consolidates QuickBooks Desktop companies together with QuickBooks Online companies. Reach describes itself as built for financial leaders, though its home page title names accountants.
