The five main alternatives to Syft Analytics for a group are Joiin, Spotlight Reporting, JustConsolidate, Reach Reporting and Fathom, the financial reporting app (fathomhq.com). Joiin Core costs $77 a month for 5 companies, billed monthly, as read on October 30, 2026. Syft here means the reporting app at syftanalytics.com, not the software supply-chain tool of the same name.

Syft's pricing page lists Standard at $23 a month, Plus at $47 and Advanced at $95, plus a Basic plan it calls free forever. Syft prices each connected entity, and its help center lists consolidations on Standard, Plus and Advanced. Xero, which announced in September 2024 that it would acquire Syft, describes it as built for accountants and bookkeepers.

Joiin: priced per company for an owner's group

Joiin charges by the number of companies connected, with unlimited users, reports and clients on every plan. Core is $77 a month for 5 companies, billed monthly. Several reporting currencies start on Pro at $83 for 5 companies, and your own exchange rates are Max only, at $97.

Fathom and Spotlight Reporting

Fathom lists multi-currency consolidations with eliminations on its Pro product, up to 50 entities when they report in different currencies, at $295 a month for 5 companies, billed monthly. It lists QuickBooks Online and Desktop among its integrations.

JustConsolidate and Reach Reporting

JustConsolidate lists month-average and ending rates for over 200 currencies and costs $65 a month for 5 companies, billed monthly. The QuickBooks subscription for its consolidation company is separate, and it connects QuickBooks companies directly.

Reach Reporting lists multi-currency consolidation on every plan and a 30-day trial with no credit card. It prices by data connection: $149 a month for 1 and $290 for 10.

When Syft is still the pick

Syft stays the pick when the consolidation needs journals for goodwill, fair value and non-controlling interests, which its help center lists. Syft says you can consolidate financials from any accounting software, trial balance, transaction list or ERP.

Syft eliminates intercompany activity at account level on every paid plan and at transaction level on Plus and Advanced. Xero says it is giving eligible US customers on its Established plan early access to analytics powered by Syft.
