Joiin pricing: how the bill is built
The pricing page, read on October 30, 2026, sets one slider: the number of companies you consolidate. Moving it reprices all three plans, Core, Pro and Max. Each company count shows a monthly figure and an annual figure, and the annual one is quoted per month. Above 100 companies the page switches to a base figure plus a charge per extra company.
Users, reports and clients are unlimited on every plan, so company count is the only volume meter. The page also lists five billing currencies and says the reporting currency inside Joiin is separate from the currency you are billed in. Amounts are left to the live page here, because they change and the US view with its monthly and annual toggle is the one to read.
Plan features and any fee beyond the company count
- Every plan: account mapping and eliminations, financial reports (profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, trial balance, KPIs), sales and purchasing reports, budgets, custom layouts, dashboards, report packs, exports to PDF, CSV and Excel, and AI chat and summaries.
- Core: one reporting currency, and no forecasting, global search, Excel add-in, non-financial data or Stripe connection, or AI agents.
- Pro adds: multiple reporting currencies, forecasting, global search, the Excel add-in, non-financial data and Stripe, and AI agents.
- Max adds: your own exchange rates, the API and Zapier connection to tools such as Power BI and Tableau, and MCP access for AI assistants. White labeling is listed as coming soon.
Free trial and changing plans
The pricing FAQ says every trial runs on Max for 14 days with no card taken, and that you pick Core, Pro or Max inside the app when the 14 days end. Your data and reports stay as they are, and if you choose Core or Pro the features specific to higher plans stop. Plans can be changed at any time from account settings, with the change applying on the next billing date. The Xero App Store listing adds that plans are available monthly or annually.
Cost by company count: the method
A group of 5 companies and a group of 10 will see different figures on the slider, so read yours directly.
- Open the pricing page from a US view and set the slider to your exact company count, counting only legal entities you would consolidate.
- Write down the monthly and annual figures for the plan you need. Choose Core only if one reporting currency is enough. Reports in more than one currency need Pro or Max.
- Multiply the monthly figure by 12 for a year of monthly billing, or the annual per-month figure by 12 for annual billing. The gap between the two is the price of flexibility.
- Compare the total with the hours your team spends on the spreadsheet each month. On the page read October 30, 2026, the figures rise more slowly than the company count, so look at the cost per company as well as the total.
Break-even: set the total beside the alternatives
- Fathom: its pricing page also bills by number of companies, with a Pro plan, quotes for 51 or more companies and a separate Portfolio plan for accounting firms. Joiin vs Fathom compares the two.
- JustConsolidate: its pricing page prices by number of companies with a monthly cap, bills monthly with no contract, and sets a trial that lasts at least 30 days and until a first consolidation is posted.
- Intuit Enterprise Suite: Intuit's page lists multi-entity management and consolidated reporting, with pricing details left to Intuit.
- Spreadsheets: no license fee, but the monthly rebuild is staff time and a risk of errors. The best financial consolidation software guide sorts these options by the job each does.
